Joshua Chmielewski

Lawyer

Originally from Northern Alberta, Joshua has called the National Capital Region home since 2018. In 2021, Joshua received a Bachelor of Civil Law from the University of Ottawa, followed by a Juris Doctor in 2022.

Being bilingual in English and French, Joshua can address the needs of his clients and help them navigate the legal system in both official languages.

Joshua joined Badre Law as an articling student, where he gained experience in negotiation, accident benefit claims, civil procedure, and litigation. Following his call to the Law Society of Ontario in June 2023, Joshua remains at Badre Law as a lawyer.

Joshua enjoys using his knowledge of legal principals and procedure to ensure that each of his clients receive a just outcome to their case. He strives to maintain regular communication with his clients to provide file updates and address any questions or concerns.
