Franca Recchia

Franca Recchia graduated from the Algonquin College Law Clerk program in 2007. Since then, she has spent the last 17 years advocating for victims of car accidents and other personal injury matters. She possesses significant expertise in managing every facet of accident benefits and tort claims, from inception to resolution.
Ms. Recchia is experienced, knowledgeable and passionate about advocating for clients against insurance companies. She takes pride in ensuring our clients are approved for the benefits they are entitled to so they can continue their road to recovery. Franca has an unmatched perspicacity in analyzing complex personal injury cases, quickly identifying crucial details and implications often overlooked by others.
Franca was Chair of the 2019-2020 and 2021-2022 Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, Law Clerks Division. She was also Vice Chair in 2020-2021.
She is the recipient of the 2021 Ontario Trial Lawyers Association Distinguished Law Clerk Award.
