I live in a small town in south west Ontario. The owner of our Senior's mobile home park is a lawyer that lives and works in the U.S.. All told Mark Zartarian owns 8 senior parks in Michigan and Ontario. We pay $500.00 plus in maintenance fees but no own services the park...ploughs the snow, cuts the lawn...we are stuck. Two winters ago I had 2 bad falls on the icy, snow covered road (there are no sidewalks). The second fall was a major break of my ankle bone basically severing my foot from my leg. I contacted many lawyers from Sarnia, Windsor, London, Goderich, Hamilton.....but they all turned down my case, Seems like Mr. Zartarian was the chief board of directors on all their law firms.
